Ms Andrea Hall

I joined the Springfield Education Standards Committee as a board appointed governor in November 2025.

I have had a long and varied career in education having taught in many mainstream primary schools and various specialist settings.

Apart from my subject leader roles and my position as SENCO, I was a local authority consultant for seven years, I had responsibility to monitor and evaluate the provision for pupils with SEN in more than fifty schools across two authorities.

I am particularly interested in using interpretation of data to analyse and identify trends to assist in improved outcomes for all pupils.

Outside of my role on the Education Standards Committee, I am an Exam Invigilator in Haughton Academy and enjoy music, reading and knitting.
