Nathalie Dullage

Board appointed Governor

I’m Nathalie and I’ve been the SEND and Wellbeing Governor at Springfield since 2020. I’m a former Teacher who worked with children who struggle in the classroom environment. This led me to study mental health and how it affects learning. After working as an Assistant Psychologist I now work at Northumbria University helping to train the Education Mental Health Practitioners who will go into schools to support students with their mental health. I have degrees in psychology and neuroscience and I’m interested in how we can use them to make learning accessible to all children.
